Attached are some photos from a job we completed last week in Coventry Crossings, Akron OH 44319. The home was built in 2005 and tested at 5.0 pCi/L when it was inspected for sale in a real-estate transaction. The customer was a previous client of ours and wanted us to remediate the problem in this home as well. It was pretty simple…no challenges to speak of except a whole lot of RAIN! You’ll notice one picture of a Fantech fan and more ‘yellowed’ system…this was a radon system installed right next door. It seems the Coventry Crossings development must be sitting on geology that is high in radon!
